Fees
My fee structure is flexible and unconventional. My primary goal is get enough in fees to pay for my professional liability insurance and other overhead, such as web hosting, mail services, etc.
After that, I am more interested in doing work for folks than getting paid. But I will not do anything for free. If you are truly, so bad off, that you cannot pay a nominal fee then you probably qualify for one of the free legal services. (See resources page.)
Sometimes the fee will be a fixed fee. Sometimes there may be a contingency component to the fee agreement depending on the nature of the case.
So basically, I will require a fee that seems reasonable for the case in question. My goal is that anyone will be able to afford the legal services they need to tackle their problem.
