Welcome to my new law blog. I am dedicated to providing as much legal services as I can, to those folks that need a lawyer, but for whatever reason, cannot get access to one.
I am especially keen to take on cases where a person is getting bullied, harassed, or taken advantage of by someone who is more powerful. I am interested in working closely with my clients to accomplish their goals. Sometimes, I will expect more out my clients depending on the fee arrangement and type of case.
What type of cases am I interested in? Well, I could probably be talked into looking into just about anything. However, I am expecting to handle consumer issues, tenant issues, Internet and computer issues, contract and business disputes, maybe minor criminal and traffic cases depending on the circumstances. And any number of oddball issues that are difficult to classify. If you have an issue send me an email about it and I will let you know if I can help out.
When appropriate I will refer out a case when it appears to big for me to handle. This can happen because sometimes I will sign on to perform some initial investigation which may lead to bigger things, or things that I do not want to deal with.
In addition, I will use this website to share things that I find are interesting and related to the practice of small law and small practices.
